Australian killed in Borneo air crash: officials
An air crash in Kalimantan, in the Indonesian section of Borneo, has claimed the life of at least two people, including an Australian, the Indonesian National Disaster Mitigation Agency says.
A spokesman for Indonesia's Transportation Ministry said the pilot, Jonathan Willis, was a South African national, and the passenger, Ian McDouglas was an Australian surveyor doing an aerial survey.
It was reported earlier in the Indonesian press that the pilot was Australian.
